AI Dashboard Client? reddit / selfhosted ---------------------------------------------------------------------- akk8d · 2023-10-13 14:00 I recently tried the [Monica](https://chrome.google.com/webstore/detail/monica-your-ai- copilot-po/ofpnmcalabcbjgholdjcjblkibolbppb) extension for Chrome, which combines chatbots, AI-generated image bots, Clause-2 + 100k, and a bunch of other AI resources. However, they charge subscribers $300/yr with a 3-day free trial, I'd support a similar, but self-hosted client, if one doesn't already exist. Please link me if there is something that I missed. It's been asked in this sub, a few times, about self-hosting a ChatGPT-like bot. Instead of just a chatbot, is there a resource where we can host a dashboard like that Monica extension? The bots still reside on their proprietary platform. Ideally, it'd be its own desktop client from which we can quickly access AI resources quickly, with APIs, if available. ---------------------------------------------------------------------- MonstersInYourHead · 2023-10-13 21:22 So im not sure about an extension interface, but text-gen-webui has an API flag that can be set and you can access it from the IP:port address. Its pretty easy to get set up and interface to. There might be a widget or something available for a custom search text bod that you can point to text-gen-webui in one of the dashboards or you could make your own. Home Assistant I think has a workflow setup similar but i dont want to send you down a rabbit hole on that. ---------------------------------------------------------------------- akk8d · 2023-10-13 22:15 No extension interface intended - just a desktop client that combines the masses of AI utilities. One dashboard to rule them all ---------------------------------------------------------------------- MonstersInYourHead · 2023-10-14 01:06 Text gen webui is a pretty easy place to start. give it a shot ---------------------------------------------------------------------- Jobboman · 2023-11-05 01:51 Did you ever find anything? Best similar app i could find is [Poe](https://poe.com/), but I would love a self-hosted alternative.
