I am looking for a solution for our business that we can host on our
server.
Ideally this would be an all-in-one system that could handle
scheduling, dispatch for multiple technicians, inventory, and
invoicing. Something that could integrate with, or even completely
replace quickbooks would be ideal.


The closest thing I have found so far is the FLECTRA system, which is
quite robust, but simply isnt as efficient and deployable as we would
need it to be.

Odoo maybe? However the base "free" option might not cover everything
that you're after. But worth a look i reckon

FLECTRA is the FOSS version of Odoo.


....doesnt quite fit the bill unfortunately. The CRM system does
tickets in a wonky way - more suitable for a distribution warehouse
than for our small service/repair company.
