What tools can I use to check the quality and consistency of my
network?

I have my LAN with trusted devices like my server, a few VLANs, some
wireguard networks, and my connection to my ISP. I can get website and
server availability with something like Uptime Kuma, what I don't get
from there is connection quality - am I experiencing a lot of packet
loss? Is there a lot of jitter? For my ISP, is my up/down speed
inconsistent? And for all those and related questions, if there's an
issue, send an alert.

Is there a tool like that?

Smokeping, Pi.Alert, Speedtest-tracker, etc.

Could probably also use Netdata, Zabbix, checkmk and such.
