Hey there, looking for some advice.

I'm using Kamatera right now with a Dedicated 8GB RAM Windows Desktop
server,
Internet speed: 1933 Mb/s Download, 2518 Mb/s Upload
Cost: $70/month

Ideally, it needs to be a near a Telegram data center like Florida,
Netherlands or Signapore.

Is there anything faster out there?!

Linode has data centers in Singapore, Frankfurt, and Atlanta. I notice
speeds around 2gbit/s, but haven't actually tested it much. They claim
speeds max out around 40gbit/s though.

Why do you need Windows? You're going to pay a lot of money to have a
Windows server.

What program only works on Windows for Telegram and needs to run close
to a Telegram data centre?
