ICal to CalDAV

I don't know if it's the right subreddit but I am working with a
calendar that is served using ICal an i need a way to serve it using
CalDAV (even a simple selfhosted app). Any suggestions?

You can import an ics calendar to radicale via a HTTP.

curl -u 'user:password' -X PUT https://${IP}/user/calendar --data-
binary calendar.ics

the problem is that I would need to do that every hour since the ICal
gets updated. I could set up a chron job but I was wondering if there
was a better way

Is refreshing an ics file every hour a problem?

I'm not saying it isn't a good solution, but there will be multiple
(about 200) so if there was another way, with a web UI maybe, that can
do that it would be good
