I am exploring tools for my company so we can rank and predict
notifications for each user using their past engagement and
preferences. I came across Novu, Knock and Magicbell and the more
traditional tools like Onesignal, Twilio. They are great for setting
up the infra quickly but none of them provides a sophisticated way to
rank and serve the most relevant notifications to users. Are there any
tools out there that not only provide the infra but also some ML
intelligence on top of it?

I would be surprised if what you’re asking is available as a self-
hosted solution. Sounds enterprise level.

> rank and predict notifications for each user using their past
engagement and preferences

This sounds terrible.
