First time Jellyfin user with some questions

I've set up Jellyfin on a Dell wyse 5070 running Desktop Ubuntu with 1
external hardrive attached. So far I've only got it running with a
WiFi adapter but plan to have it connected to the modem instead. Every
device that's capable shows up however Dish Network Joey and Hooper
devices seem too not respond when casted to. Is their any solution to
this issue?

I understand that these devices are probably not popular in use with
Jellyfin I was just hoping.

Also is their a way to set my Jellyfin server computer to not be
connected to the internet and work on LAN only?


Finally, When I move to the modem how do I go about accessing the
server from a Windows computer to transfer files to and from?

You couldn't transfer the files via FTP. Or do it the easier way
installing FILE BROWSER in the same instance as jellyfin. Just make
sure you don't open it to the internet.
