Ubuntu Minecraft Bedrock Server Not Working

So I am relatively new in the world of Linux and servers but I wanted
to  setup a bedrock server with my friends in Ubuntu desktop 22.04.3
lts.  After installing Minecraft Dedicated Server software for Ubuntu,
I  extracted it to a new folder and enter the terminal and entered the
command LD\_LIBRARY\_PATH=. ./bedrock\_server and was given the error
"port  may be used by another process" despite no evidence that this
claim is  true. How should I proceed from here?
