Hello, I’m looking for someone who can create an account for me on
Oracle Cloud’s free tier. Unfortunately, I cannot create an account
because I don’t have a bank account and my local bank does not support
credit cards (Algeria). I would appreciate it if anyone could help me
create an account. Thank you very much

I hope you find a solution. Unfortunately if you do bad things with
it, the person who creates the account will be held responsible for
your actions.

That sounds like someone who wants to do bad things would say.

But seriously, I don't think anyone would want to risk it, no matter
how pure your intentions are.
If I were you, I'd try to get a cheap old computer, or look into some
cheap VPS (Hetzner? Contabo?). I couldn't set up Oracle either for
whatever reason, so I went with Hetzner.

I understand your struggle, I only use debit/prepaid card and Oracle
don't accept thoses so I can't create an account either.

Although I will advices anyone here to NOT HELP (and I doubt anyone
will anyway).
If the random dude on the internet decides to provide CP through your
account, you're the one in trouble. If the guy suddenly creates paid
instances (maybe even by mistake), you're in trouble again.


I will advise you to find someone you know (a good friend or family
will do) to open the account for you.

That would be fraud by misrepresentation. That's also not self-
hosting, it's cloud hosting.
