Hello, according to GitHub stars, UVdesk is gaining popularity over
Freescout

How do those projects compare to each other in term of: features,
robustness and active development?


I'm looking for a self-hosted ticketing system and I'd like to choose
among freescout, UVdesk or SaaSs that claim to be free.


Any advice?

Freescout seems good fit. not sure. there are bunch of new saas
support tools also doing quite well like thrivedesk, desku, bolddesk
