Best way to handle password rotation for a Guest network

Hi everyone:

I feel like this problem should be solved already, yet here we are.

So I'm running OPNSense as my firewall and two TP-Link APs with Omada
Controller.

I have a Captive Portal handled by OPNSense but it's super annoying
for clients to have to open the website and type passwords every time.

I was thinking about somehow automating setting the guest's SSID
password via the Omada controller, but they seem to have no API.

So, since that's not an option I was thinking about creating a Python
script to scrape the Omada controller's admin site and set it myself,
then programmatically generate a QR code that I can send to myself
every time it rotates.

Am I reinventing the wheel? Are there better options?
