Are there any "self hostable" server / client combinations using UDT
protocol?

I saw that Cyberduck supports udt on the client side but I can't find
a server that supports udt transfers.

Yeah, that are that projects  are using UDT, I havent found the
equivalent of s UDT based FTP server. There is UDR for udt wrapped
rsync but that's definitely not something you could ask a client if
the could quickly rsync you some files :)
