Multiuser alternative to Trilium??
reddit / selfhosted

Does one exist? I know, I can use commercial cloud based services, but
I really want something I can self-host. Been using Trilium for a
while as a single user and shared it with familymembers, but after a
little mishap I had to do a lot of extra work restoring from backups
and copying stuff from one instance to another..

Never again, so need something similar which will let us share notes
but also keep personal ones locked away.

No need for collab features as such, but ideally nothing that messes
up a note if multiple people are trying to edit at once (ie how
onenote used to work back in the day).

Could you elaborate on said mishap?
Been considering a few more taking apps...

Maybe, [https://www.getoutline.com/](https://www.getoutline.com/) .
They have a community version that can be self hosted.
