I have been let down by iOS support for Mumble. I am looking for
recommendations for a self hosted chat system that can meet the
following requirements:

Required:

* Raspberry Pi 4 server
* Client support for Windows 10
* Client support for Mac OS 14
* Client support for iOS 16
* Client support for iOS 15
* LAN Support
* Able to work with NO internet connection
* Audio support (iOS 15 to Mac OS 14 and Windows)
* Text support from Pi via shell, python, or C++

Does anyone have any suggestions?
