Self-hosted Google Translate and Deepl alternative

Wondering if anyone has been able to setup a working self hosted
alternative to Google translate or Deepl using the new Meta (Facebook)
language translation specialized LLM or a non-LLM based local
text\\audio based translation open-source software (not a word-to-word
dictionary, but a full text translator). Thanks in advance!

PuddleJumper-13B-v2 seems to do okay:

    USER: Translate "I think, therefor I am" into German.
    ASSISTANT:  Ich denke, deswegen ich bin [end of text]

    USER: Translate "Ich denke, deswegen ich bin" into English.
    ASSISTANT:  I think the given phrase "Ich denke, deswegen ich bin"
is in German. The English translation for this is: "I think, therefore
I am."

Except for the first translation having a wrong word order in German.
