Recommendation for management of tasks with subtasks assigned to
multiple teams and order of conclusion?

Hey all. First of all, sorry for the bad english.

Im looking for a task management / ticket management tool that enables
my small company to do internal tasks. Many tasks envolves multiple
teams in the company and must be done in order.

Fictional Example: Client deactivation
Phase 1
1. Marketing team must do the task "X"
2. Human Resources team must do the task "Y"

Phase 2
After Phase 1 is completed:
3. Sales team must do the task "Q"


The above example will be triggered multiple times as many clients may
request deactivation, and I want to avoid the manual job of
registering all these tasks again and again.
I must track due tasks and would be nice to see a report of open tasks
(and due tasks) by team.

I tried some projects already and the closest I could get is subtasks
in a OpenProject instance, but it does not have a simple way of
creating multiple tasks as required, only copy + paste which can lead
to many typos I'm trying to avoid.

Any suggestions?

I did! I browsed almost every one in it and even rolled a Vikunja
instance. If I haven't missed, they miss this "workflow" feature I
described
