Selfhosted calendar with smtp event notifications?

I'm looking for a self-hosted calendar that allows me to notify me of
upcoming events via smtp.

I don't need much fancy stuff. CalDev would be a plus, but not a must.

Must be able to run from `http(s)://10.10.10.10:45000`, that is IP and
Port. I don't want a proxied calendar, nor do I plan to expose it to
the Interwebs. It's going to run in intranet.
