Anyone get Authentik streamlined on a mobile device? reddit / selfhosted ---------------------------------------------------------------------- manofoz · 2023-10-02 20:38 I wanted to set up Authentik so users of my Plex server could log into other things using their Plex credentials. I first set this up with wordpress and after a bit of a steep learning curve got it working. Decided to give it a test a test on the phone and here is what I hit: Cick Log In With Plex Button -> "Authenticating with Plex" spins forever -> Click Button to "Open login" (they were prepaired for this) -> Log in with Plex -> Get stuck on the Plex window which is now logged in -> Use phone to navigate back to original window -> Am now logged in Minor celebration was held once I figured out how to log in with the phone but I don't think my less tech saavy family is going to bother with this unless I streamline it a bit. Currently going through the generic setup steps for the LDAP provider. I ended up there from the Organizr setup steps. Safari is brutal, unfortunately most of the older folks in my family use iPhones. I just made them all make Plex accounts to access my new server (everyone used my account before) so I was hoping to get them access to a few other things with those accounts.
