I think my phone is hacked!

Not a selfhosted question but I figure someone here might have seen
this.
Forgive me, but I need answers.

Each time my phone boots up I see a message stating "copied to
clipboard" when I did not copy anything. When I paste, this is what
get below:

http://192.168.10.1/sb/wifi_list.html

What's weird is that the network im on is not even on this subnet so
when I paste the link in a browser, it goes nowhere.
I replaced the 192 address with both localhost and 127.0.0.1 thinking
could this be a directory on my localhost/phone but again it goes
nowhere.
What could this be?
I did a few more tests with my clipboard cleared and the message
"copied to clipboard"
Still pops up about a minute after boot.
I'm not sure of the cause of this. Has anyone else seen a similar
issue? Samsung Galaxy s20
