Nginx Proxy Manager Internal Error on Everything All of a sudden.

Hello everyone so my NPM randomly started giving me internal errors
for everything. Weather i edit or try to add a new host.

Not sure what log to look at since nothing seems to be showing issues.

Internal errors? Thats all? No error numbers? Nothing at all in the
log?

Why not ask for support in /r/NginxProxyManager

Did not even know they had there own sub, should have known. ill ask
there. but yea no errors or anything actually showing its weird

Have your log files filled up your disk?

No it is someone weird. Like the syslink and db   unsync for lack of a
better description. I created a new db it's fine now

You have to give us more to go on, what are some of these error? How
us NPM installed, is it a docker install?
