wordpress website not working

i setup my wordpress instance, all working. I wanted to change the
internal IP in which I did however when accessing the wordpress
website on the new internal ip it redirects to the old Ip. ive cleared
my cookies and browser cache.

i used this guide to setup wordpress

is there any config file i need to update with my updated internal ip
as it changed? i dont see any according to the guide above but maybe
im missing something?

note that this is being hosted on an lxc container in proxmox. i can
confirm the networking sidee works fine and the ip i want to givee it
is being assigned to it

Check the site url in wp-config.php. You may have to relocate database
references also.

where is wp-config.php located on the system?

do you have the commands for relocating the DB references?

It should just be in the root of your wp install. I use cpanel but it
should be in roughly the same place.

/u/FearDiamondYT answered the location but generally useful on Unix
is: find . -nam e   -print

Check /etc/hosts and make sure it matches your new url/ip or whatever
you use to access it. Also check the config file which in your case is
located /srv/www
