I am looking for a simple video manager

Hello,

I'm actually looking for a self-hosted video manager. Most of the
suggestions I have found on this sub are for movies/tv series and are
related to streaming/torrenting.

I just need something like YACReader (comics/manga manager) but for
videos. I shot these videos myself and there are now too many videos
for me to remember. I don't want to use Adobe Bridge as I would like
something to store locally on my server.

The features I need, if possible:

\- Generate a thumbnail from the middle to avoid every thumbnail to be
black (generally the first frame)
\- Rate and sort the videos
\- Add tags to videos

solution.

May sound weird, but I would take a look at
[Stash](https://github.com/stashapp/stash) if I were you. It’s made
for porn, but can function well as a general video manager. It has all
the features you listed
