Looking for a small bike repair-shop finance/inventory tool

Hi all,

I just started repairing bicycles in my (very limited) spare time and
am trying to manage the costs. I bought a bunch of tools, parts,
bikes, etc. and also sold some of them. The "shop" is managed through
Excel Sheets.

I'm just looking for something simple where I insert the "product" I
bought and/or sold, maybe show a graph and maybe upload a photo or
something. No need for integrations/ChatGPT/fancy stuff.

Any idea is more than helpful

Odoo comes to mind, You can probably use OnlyOffice I think.

How modular is odoo? I checked some tutorials and it seemed “a bit”
overkill
