I built myself a nas and I'm wanting to back my phones photos up to it
without having to plug my phone into it. Is there any programs either
free or paid that allow my phone to backup photos to my nas like
Google photos?

And as I stated, I searched and didn't find the answer I was looking
for so I asked. If you don't like it you're more than welcome to move
past the post that didn't affect you and not be a dickhead to the
person who posted it. So there's that.

A quick search and sort by top on this sub shows immich is the closest
thing to Gphotos. I have been using it for over 6 months and very
happy with it.

Thanks for your input, nothing came up in this sub when I searched
Google photos alternate. It is now when I search, but it wasn't when I
searched previously.

Checkout their github and docs it is pretty intuitive. Their iOS and
Android apps are awesome!

Did you just try one search query and give up immediately? It's almost
inconcievable that you would have managed to pull zero results for
this question no matter how you ask it. If you did really manage that,
why not try and rephrase it until you got something?

People are more than willing to answer questions for people that give
a good faith effort to find that information themselves, first.
