Lack of functionality when moving from Feedly to Miniflux reddit / selfhosted ---------------------------------------------------------------------- drumsergio · 2023-09-28 10:15 Recently I moved all my RSS to Miniflux. However, I'm lacking something I enjoyed having in Feedly: Allowing to go to the previous, already read, article. So if I'm in the "Unread" page reading the news, if I wanted to check out something on a previously read article, I cannot click back or use the left arrow in my keyboard. I would really need this. Additionally, is there any way I could disable authentication? I would be accessing the service from Tailscale so I'd prefer not to have any, or at least some way so that my phone remembers my user is logged in, I find quite awful having to input the password every single time. ---------------------------------------------------------------------- Neraud · 2023-09-28 11:54 I use [reminiflux](https://github.com/reminiflux/reminiflux) to have a different frontend. You can navigate between articles (left/right arrows) and feeds (up/down arrows) easily. I don't know about disabled authentication on miniflux itself, but reminiflux stores your API credentials in the browser's local storage, so you don't need to authenticate once configured.
