What I’m looking for is a self hosted alternative to drone deploy.
This is not a 1:1 alternative though. Ideally if I have an orthomosaic
(regardless of format) it can be publically viewable and able to be
navigated. Does this exist?

For a self-hosted mapping UI to host and navigate orthomosaic, you can
use QGIS Server, GeoServer, or MapServer, and create a web interface
using a web mapping library like Leaflet or OpenLayers.

As someone who tried lots of these Lizmap was the easiest to get
going.
