Any ideas to self host a informational display? reddit / selfhosted ---------------------------------------------------------------------- Euphoric_Hunter_9859 · 2023-09-27 11:41 I want to share pictures, videos, (maybe PowerPoints) on a display in the entry of our office. Any tools recommended? Would be nice to access via network so upload from pictures/videos and configuration can be done remotely. Maybe a Raspberry PI connected to a TV? Any input is welcome. ---------------------------------------------------------------------- techtornado · 2023-09-27 11:56 I discovered these two a while back [https://dakboard.com/site](https://dakboard.com/site) [https://www.yodeck.com/](https://www.yodeck.com/) ---------------------------------------------------------------------- Astorek86 · 2023-09-27 13:26 My employer uses the OpenSource-Version of [Xibo](https://xibosignage.com/). Besides that, Xibo is greeat in my opinion, but plan time for familiarization... ---------------------------------------------------------------------- Ivanow · 2023-09-27 18:39 !remindme 3 days. ---------------------------------------------------------------------- GGGG1981GGGG · 2023-09-27 19:52 MagicMirror https://magicmirror.builders/ ---------------------------------------------------------------------- adamshand · 2023-09-27 20:13 This is what I was going to suggest as well. ---------------------------------------------------------------------- Euphoric_Hunter_9859 · 2023-09-28 05:25 That's cool, will take a deeper look into it.
