Hello everyone,

I have an old HP MicroServer Gen8 with 2 disks (1TB each).

I want to use part of it as storage (mostly videos, photos, and old
files) and another part to run some services (maybe streaming, and
some dev tools).

Right now I have Proxmox installed with OMV UNRAID.

My goal is to have a 800GB (from disk1) storage with backups, 400GB as
Lab and another 800GB (from disk2) as backup.

The server wont be always on, I will turn it only when I need so
backups automated backup may not be a thing. Is there a way to make
backups when changes are made without using RAID?

What do you recommend me?
