Setting up mailcow

Hi all

I'm in the process of setting up mailcow. I read that I should install
this on a separate server which is what I have done. I've now confused
myself as to how I compete the setup.

My domain is i.e. my [domain.com](https://domain.com), I believe I
need to have mailcow use
[mail.mydomain.com](https://mail.mydomain.com)

I'm currently at the **./generate\_config.sh** stage and now I don't
know what to do. How do I complete my setup?

I have my server setup the same way. The mail server is on
mail.domain.com and I receive email at me@domain.com. the install
instructions say to use the fully qualified domain name (FQDN) when
running generate_config.sh which would be "mail.domain.com".

yes, this is exactly what the documentary says

"Generate a configuration file. Use a FQDN (host.domain.tld) as
hostname when asked."
