Twingate - setting up access to specific geolocated sites reddit / selfhosted ---------------------------------------------------------------------- vtech01 · 2023-09-26 19:16 I have Twingate setup on my personal network as well as on another personal network in Canada. For accessing things like my Cameras at my USA home it works perfectly. However, what is the best way to setup specific traffic to route out via my Network in Canada? There are things like CBC for example that require being in Canada, and I would like to setup a route to be able to use my connection there for such. I can't seem to find the steps for setting it up as such a way. Exit Node? Not sure what the correct term would be. I would like to learn how to use this as well for future locking say O365 to a specific Site IP via Conditional access and have Twingate route that traffic over that specific gateway. So this is more of a learning project. Thank You If Twingate is not the right product for this, what would be? ---------------------------------------------------------------------- ItsPwn · 2023-09-27 10:19 i love how You made the description. ,howd you do that ? so i never do it lol ---------------------------------------------------------------------- whizbangbang · 2023-10-15 13:36 You can just add the addresses of the site you want routed to the network in Canada. Eg just add “*.cbc.ca” as a resource for that remote network and Twingate will route that address through the remote network Works like an exit node except you can specify just the specific addresses. ---------------------------------------------------------------------- vtech01 · 2023-10-15 14:50 Ok. That specifically didn't work as it still sees me coming in from the states. Guessing there are more sites involved. Will have to sniff what is going on there. Will test with some other sites and see how it works and work through the issue Thanks
