Best Pihole blocklists?

I've been looking to expand my pihole blocklist, and possible add some
regex filtering.

Any recommendations for blocklists/regex filters that are updated
pretty regularly?

I'll look up the link, but I'm pretty sure there's a github repo with
a whole bunch of nightly updated lists

Can second this! I was using some other lists but SO kept complaining
that some of the shopping sites she uses were getting blocked (may
have involved referral links from sites she trusts). Since then I
switched to this list and haven't had any issues since then

I'm using this for Unbound on OpnSense. Not sure if it's best but i'm
happy with result.

Yeah, I use that too. Maybe the odd ad gets through (not that I've
noticed any) but most importantly I can't remember ever having
anything break because of it so that's good enough for me.
