Does anyone know what kind of trivia bot is this? it has trivia and
scrambles in the same bot.

I would imagine it is eggdrop with some additional scripts. Both of
those scripts that you mentioned seem to be available TCL scripts
here: [https://tclarchive.org/search.php?Games](https://tclarchive.org
/search.php?games) I haven't used it myself but on the same token I
have had this recommended to me before [https://github.com/jamesoff/bm
otion](https://github.com/jamesoff/bmotion) and it seems to already
include a trivia script. I couldn't find the scramble or antiword
script but I would imagine you can just add that separately. Hopefully
that sets you in the right direction if nothing else.
