I highly recomment this [RFC](https://www.rfc-editor.org/rfc/rfc1459).

Otherwise, I also recommend using a search engine for some common
keywords that include *IRC, beginner, primer, howto*

Is this better or equal to XChat? Been running that on
Windows/Mac/Linux for decades.

Halloy is definitely the prettiest client I've used, like something
I'd see in a dream lol, I switched from Quassel to it. Thank you for

I just configured and started using Halloy.  Fantastic work!  This is
what I have been looking for.  Thank you for your hard work and
creating a great piece of software!
