Working on an IRC bot from scratch.

So, I've been working on my own IRC bot for a while now. Before anyone
mentions things like 'who needs another IRC bot' or 'there are plenty
out there, use this framework, blah blah,' I want to clarify that I'm
aware of that. However, I prefer creating and working on my own bot
from scratch, which is why I decided not to use any existing
framework.

Anyways, I thought I'd share my progress here, so others can provide
suggestions, ideas, or even bug reports. Cheers!
