Do you use a vpn or proxy through somewhere else.  Is always possible
you got caught up in a up range ban or something to that effect.

I'm back on now. Evidently I just had to wait. It was a temporary ban.

the current IRC networks are garbage.  They use old garbage software
and have garbage people.  Why no one uses it.  Best to just start your
own network with modern software.
