Possibility to pause/timeout a on text answer

Hey there, using mirc i have several simple on text answers. Now i
want to achieve that if someone triggers that on text it will pause /
not answer for the next for example 15 minutes. Any Advice?

You could use groups (`/help groups` in mIRC) with timers to re-enable
them.

/enable with timer and /disable in the script? how can i do /disable
in a script?

You could also use a variable toggle. It's been several years since
I've written anything in mSL, so I'm very, very rusty.

Pseudocode:


    on event
        if %variable == true
            answer question
            set %variable false
            timer 1 900 set %variable true

Alternatively, do something like store a timestamp of the last
response in a variable or file and check to see if you're 900 seconds
past that time.
