Search engine to find IRC channels

Does there exist a search engine that searches _across public IRC
servers_ to match a query against channel names, topics, etc?  The aim
is to find interesting channels according to subject.

There are a couple of search engines for XDCC bots listed below, but
I've no idea about normal topic search engines.

At the very top select **channels**.

This will search channel name and topics across...a whole shedload of
IRC networks.  Click **networks** along the very top to see which
ones.

This site has been around a long time and is worth bookmarking /
remembering.
