Did you check out https://wiki.znc.in/Providers already?

Don't use BNCPipe - the owner admitted that he steals information from
inside user accounts.

None at the moment (will fix this soon), but you can request account
deletion through IRC/email, and your data will be completely removed
from the DB/associated caches. Your data is not shared with any third
parties, either.


I basically spent the majority of the time, as of lately, fixing
various bugs (mostly occurred in the management daemons) as well as
having to migrate instances over to another server.
