Web based IRC clients that allow you to link directly to a server with

Title says it mostly, I'm looking for a web based IRC client where I
can generate a link, and when people click on that link they'll be on
the server and joined to the channels automatically through the link.
They'll just need to identify themselves to the server. Basically the
simplest way to have people join an IRC channel when they don't yet
know what they're doing.
