If so someone who's had your IP previously may have been naughty and gotten it banned. Another possibility is that someone using the same ISP as you has ended up with a range ban that has your IP in it. tl;dr try rebooting your modem. If that doesn't help. See if you can connect with a different IP temporarily so that you can run `/admin` and get contact info for the opers of the server.
