Lenpaste - open source analogue of pastebin.com reddit / irc ---------------------------------------------------------------------- lcomrade · 2022-08-12 15:40 Hi all. I've recently started using IRC to chat with contributors of large open source projects (e.g. Gnome). So I need a service that can store my pasts. So then pastebin.com didn't work for me and I couldn't find any good analogues so I developed my own "pastebin". I will be glad to receive any feedback. **EDIT** DB Tech, made a video about Lenpaste v1.1. I'll try to do it tomorrow. As soon as I'm done, I'll post in this Reddit message thread. ---------------------------------------------------------------------- lcomrade · 2022-08-13 10:32 Added IPv6 support, should work. ---------------------------------------------------------------------- illiliti · 2022-08-13 18:38 I see AAAA record, however connection still fails. [https://ready.chair6.net/?url=https://paste.lcomrade.su/](https://rea dy.chair6.net/?url=https://paste.lcomrade.su/) EDIT: AAAA record contains invalid address. fe80 is a link-local address ---------------------------------------------------------------------- lcomrade · 2022-08-15 13:56 I haven't forgotten about IPv6. But I had some problems with Docker and IPv6. Since I have time, I will figure them out and report back. ---------------------------------------------------------------------- ferrybig · 2022-08-19 11:12 Docker is very annoying to get working with IPv6. The easiest way is using host networking in docker, but this can be a problem for som programs also exposing unwanted ports Sadly, more and more hobby programs are spread only via docker so getting those programs to work with incoming and outgoing IPv6 is very difficulty for the end user. Those programs are really not ready for the real world Looking at the other public instance in the GitHub repo by DB Tech, it does have working IPv6
