Where I live the education system is really messed up, regardless if u
study or not they made the system into an open ciriculum meaning
nothing comes from the ciriculum for All 9 subjects which is
incredibly difficult, I'm not replying on this as plan a its just in
case

It sounds like you're using the words tablet and laptop
interchangeably, maybe it would help if you said what OS the device is
running.

The tablet is running android 7.0 but it has something called
something called Samsung knox on it that is the bane of my existence,
but I have a media server at home for movies and such and the tablet
can access that media server via the browser, so that got me thinking
if there's something like that Media server but for texting via the
local network, I found something called the lounge it's workings so
far just a bit clunky, and I'm installed it on my popos laptop, the
laptop can connect to wifi networks but is blocked from pretty much
everything online except servers on the local network
