Move znc from raspberry to Synology

I am currently running ZNC server on my raspberry pi 3 running
raspbian buster lite.

I want to migrate the znc server to Synology DS218 running DSM 7 OS.

I have made a backup of my current znc server which is located( I
think) on /var/lib/znc on my raspberry pi using 'sudo rsync -av' to a
backups folder on my raspberry pi.

These are the contents and size of the backup ZNC folder

 sudo ls backups/znc/

                              configs  moddata  users  znc.pem

-----

There are 3 folders and 1 .pem file.

The size of the backup is 216kb
----
sudo du -sh backups

                        216K   backups
----

I have to use sudo to get the size of the backups folder otherwise I
get a permission denied message. I guess it has something to do with
the rsync parameters I used.

Can anyone tell me if I backed up the right way and how to install on
Synology DSM 7 using package centre or the terminal. Docker is not
available on my Synology DS218.
