[Hexchat] Connect Commands

in the Network list, when you edit a network you there are 3 tabs at
the top, one for a list of servers, one for channels to autojoin, and
the third for commands to execute when you connect, an example being
to identify for a registered nickname.  **Is there a way to insert a
delay between such commands**?

I couldn't figure out a way to do so, so instead I set it up to do the
same command multiple times, which added enough of a delay for it to
work

`/timer 1 foo` delays it one second. This is usually better done in a
script but it gets the job done I suppose.
