Tried Hexchat and Adiirc, didn't like them really. What should I try
next?

So I'm looking for a freeware client as an alternative to Mirc.
Hexchat is really good, but offers no bookmarks/favourite server.
Adiirc is nice, but sends a million messages all the time.

What should I try next (something with a bookmark/favourite feature)?

Thanks, I had found that but couldn't figure out how to integrate
it...Might give it another try

Idk if irssi has bookmark but its my go to (its a cli client)

You can configure it to autoconnect to some servers, wouldn't this
work for you?

I rock out on IRCCloud although for some reason I feel like I’m going
to get owned for saying that. I like that I don’t have to mess with
it.

You can get it to select (Highlight in bold) favorites & only show
those favorites, as well as auto-connect..

Sounds like you didn't "try" hard enough. Hexchat certainly covers all
of these features. Have you tried reading? Reading documentation?
Documentation the programmers built so idiots like you can properly
use their software?

back years an years ago when i used irc all the time everyone and
their mom made their own special irc client.  now i can hardly find
good one so i am sticking with what i did find hexchat and its pretty
good so far.
