How do I remove a channel I created by accident?

I must remove a channel. How can I do that?

Just quit the channel.

Just leave the channel. Channels are created when someone joins, and
destroyed when they are empty.

Oh i didn't know that. Thanks for the help! So if i create my channel
using ChanServ, will it get rid of it when it's empty?

That depends on the network and ircd. Traditionally, once  there are
no people inside the channel anymore, it does not exist anymore. When
you create a new channel (join an empty one), you get the operator
flag.

No, if you used ChanServ, then ChanServ will keep it alive. You need
to tell ChanServ to delete it. Use `/msg ChanServ HELP` to see how to
do it on the network you're using

ChanServ will only keep a channel “open” if it’s in the chan, which
(on networks I know) it isn’t by default. Otherwise, empty chans still
go away when empty, ChanServ just gives you recovery options.
