Hello!
I am very new to IRC and web developing stuff so my question is if IRC
chats between single users can be built into a website. So my current
web hoster doesn't allow to run chats over their servers because they
can't estimate how it affects their server performance.
So I would like to do the chat over an IRC server. Also it should be
end to end encrypted between the users via Web Crypto API. Is that
possible?
Don't need group chats. Or are there better chat hosting services
which don't cost too much?

Thank you!
