Hello, I am looking for a docker container to host znc using tor.
Unfortunately, I can't find much information on this. I found couple
of repos on github but they are 7-8 years old or only support amd64. I
want this to work on armhf(for raspberryPi)

What do you want, exactly? Do you want to connect to your ZNC instance
through Tor, or do you want to connect to IRC servers on the Tor
network using ZNC? I have no clue about Docker, but for the first
option you need to install Tor, set up a reverse proxy and figure out
your onion address [(read more
here)](https://community.torproject.org/onion-services/setup/). For
the second option, you need to install Tor, socat, and optionally set
up a systemd user service to start it up [(read more
here)](https://wiki.znc.in/Tor).
