Allegedly had a virus put onto my system unknowingly...?

I was wondering if someone could assist, there is a moderator in a
channel on Undernet that was telling me my system is infected with a
virus that apparently can't be found, but they can tell I am infected
cause all virus activity if monitored on the server?  The person who
allegedly put the virus on my system is the only one who can take it
off, but I didn't get any kind of DCC file sent or anything like that,
it was just "Bam, FYI you're infected".  Though looking over the logs
and what I find suspicious is the person who allegedly infected me is
the same as the person who's telling me I'm infected.  Is there by
chance any legitimacy to this, that a virus was passed to me without
me having a clue??

Probably a prank. You can do an antivirus scan if you want to feel
safe though. But it's very unlikely that you got pwned.
