How can I connect to libera.chat using Hexchat?

I am trying to follow [this](https://libera.chat/guides/connect) and
[this](https://libera.chat/guides/hexchat) but I still get the error
"Are you sure this is a SSL capable server and port?". I have no idea
what I am doing wrong. I thought just copying the settings for
freenode should work, but apparently not.

I'm surprised the second page tells you to use port 6667. Try 6697
instead

I told the Libera folks, they'll fix the page. Lik /u/dukwon said, it
should be 6697, and tick "Use SSL"

I feel like all of these posts about libera lately are just another
way of spamming since the spamming across legitimate irc networks
wasn’t working.
